Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the StreakLife mobile application and the rosustudio.net website (together, the "Service") operated by Rosu Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StreakLife. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials used to access StreakLife.

2. Accounts

When you create an account using Google Sign-In, you provide us access to your basic Google profile (name and email) for account identification. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or other users.

3. Virtual Currency and In-App Items

StreakLife includes a virtual currency called "Flames" that is earned by completing habits. Flames can be spent in the in-app Shop to unlock avatar items.

  • Flames have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Flames are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to modify the in-app economy, item availability, and Flames earning rates at any time.
  • Purchased or earned in-app items are licenses, not ownership — they may be modified or removed if required for legal, technical, or service continuity reasons.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the habit names and data you create in StreakLife. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the Service.

Your display username on the leaderboard is visible to other users. Do not use offensive, impersonating, or inappropriate usernames. We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content, features, design, code, and functionality are owned by Rosu Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The StreakLife name, flame logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Rosu Studio.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its backend systems
  • Manipulate the leaderboard, XP system, or streaks through dishonest means
  • Impersonate another user or Rosu Studio
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the StreakLife app
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).

9. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.

If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
