1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StreakLife or any other Rosu Studio application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. Who Can Use Our Apps

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreakLife. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 years old should have parental consent.

3. User Accounts

You may use StreakLife without an account or sign in with your Google account. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages (e.g., artificially inflating XP or Flames)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the app
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through social features
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content as your username or profile
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

StreakLife includes a virtual currency called Flames (🔥) which can be earned by using the app or purchased through in-app purchases.

• Flames have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Flames are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify Flame pricing, earning rates, and shop items at any time
• Purchased Flames are non-refundable except as required by law
• If your account is terminated for violations, you forfeit all virtual currency

6. In-App Purchases

Some features and items in StreakLife require payment. All purchases are:

• Processed securely through Google Play Billing
• Subject to Google Play's terms of service
• Final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
• Tied to your Google Play account

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will notify users of significant price changes.

7. Leaderboard & Social Features

StreakLife includes a public leaderboard and social features. By participating:

• Your username and rank will be visible to other users
• You agree not to use offensive usernames
• We reserve the right to remove any user from the leaderboard for violations
• Leaderboard positions are based on XP earned legitimately through app usage

8. Intellectual Property

All content in StreakLife, including but not limited to graphics, UI design, code, text, and the StreakLife name and logo, is owned by Rosu Studio and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

9. Advertising

StreakLife may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of relevant ads. You can remove ads by purchasing the Premium version (when available).

10. Disclaimers

StreakLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
• That your data will never be lost (always back up important data)
• Specific results from using the app

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, virtual currency, or progress.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StreakLife at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
