Most habit apps fall into one of two traps: they're either a glorified checklist with no soul, or they're gamified in a way that feels cheap after a week. StreakLife was built out of frustration with both. It started as its developer's personal tool in early 2025 and has been used every single day since — which is exactly why the core loop feels earned rather than engineered.
Streaks that mean something
The heart of StreakLife is the streak: an unbroken chain of days you showed up. Streaks work because they turn an abstract goal ("be consistent") into a concrete number you don't want to break. StreakLife pairs them with weekly views, so a single glance tells you whether this week is on track.
Progress you can wear
Every completed habit earns XP through the daily EXP system. XP feeds your avatar — a layered character you can customize with outfits, hairstyles and accessories. It's a small thing, but it changes the relationship with the app: your consistency literally becomes visible as a character that grows with you. And because everything syncs through the cloud, switching phones doesn't mean starting over.
Where the app stands today
StreakLife is currently in closed testing on Google Play, the last stage before public release. The store link will appear right here the moment it's live. Until then, you can read exactly how the app handles your data in the privacy policy, or get in touch if you'd like to be part of testing.
