Rosu Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the rosustudio.net website and the StreakLife mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create and identify your account.
- Habit data: habits you create, completion logs, streaks, XP and other data you enter into StreakLife.
- Contact messages: if you contact us, we store your name, email and message content to respond to you.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: basic, aggregate app usage information to understand which features are used.
- Device information: device type, operating system version and app version, for crash reporting and compatibility.
Information we do NOT collect:
- We do not collect or store your Google account password.
- We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels in StreakLife.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not sell your data to any third party.
2. How we use your information

- Sync your habit data across devices via Firebase
- Respond to your support requests and messages
- Understand app usage to improve features and fix bugs
- Operate the leaderboard (your display username and XP total are visible to other users)
3. Data storage and security
Your habit data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. Firebase encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by Firebase Security Rules that restrict write access to the authenticated account owner. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately at [TODO: email contact].

Our website loads fonts via Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being sent to Google's servers when pages load.
5. Leaderboard and public data
If you participate in StreakLife's leaderboard, your chosen display username and XP total are visible to other users of the app. Your full name, email address and habit details are never shared publicly. You may opt out of the leaderboard by contacting us.
6. Children's privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we discover such data, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our Service, please contact us.
7. Your rights (GDPR — EU/EEA users)
- Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to data portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object: object to processing of your personal data.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the EU/EEA. Google provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the StreakLife mobile application and the rosustudio.net website (together, the "Service") operated by Rosu Studio. By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StreakLife. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Google account credentials used to access StreakLife.
2. Accounts
When you create an account using Google Sign-In, you provide us access to your basic Google profile (name and email) for account identification. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or other users.
3. Virtual currency and in-app items
StreakLife includes a virtual currency called "Flames", earned by completing habits and spendable in the in-app Shop to unlock avatar items.
- Flames have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Flames are non-transferable between accounts.
- We may modify the in-app economy, item availability and earning rates at any time.
- In-app items are licenses, not ownership — they may be modified or removed for legal, technical or service-continuity reasons.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the habit names and data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the Service. Your leaderboard display username is visible to other users — do not use offensive, impersonating or inappropriate usernames; we may change or remove usernames that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and all its original content, features, design, code and functionality are owned by Rosu Studio and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The StreakLife name and associated branding are trademarks of Rosu Studio.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using automated scripts, bots or other tools to interact with the Service
- Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its backend
- Manipulating the leaderboard, XP system or streaks through dishonest means
- Impersonating another user or Rosu Studio
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Refund Policy
1. Free app
StreakLife is currently free to download and use. The core features — habit tracking, streaks, XP, the leaderboard and avatar customization — are available at no charge, with no subscription required. The "Flames" virtual currency is earned by completing habits; as of this writing, Flames are not available for direct purchase.
2. In-app purchases (if introduced)
If Rosu Studio introduces optional paid features or in-app purchases in the future, all purchases made through the Google Play Store are processed by Google, and Google's standard refund policy applies: you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play.

- Find the transaction and tap "Refund"
Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
We support refunds for:
- Accidental purchases made within 48 hours
- Purchases that did not deliver the promised content due to a technical error
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
We do not offer refunds for:
- Purchases where virtual items have already been consumed or used
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless required by law)
- Dissatisfaction after the item was delivered as described
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
3. Virtual currency and items
Flames and virtual items are not refundable once spent or used. If a technical issue deducts Flames without delivering an item, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
4. EU consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, unless the content has been accessed or consumed after explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery. This policy does not override your statutory rights.

Would You Ever

Privacy Policy GDPR
Rosu Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Would You Ever mobile application (the "Service"). Would You Ever is designed to be anonymous: it has no accounts, no profiles and collects no personal data.
1. Information we collect
- Anonymous identifier: the app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which assigns a random identifier to your installation. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address or any other personal information.
- Aggregated votes: when you vote on a question, your vote is added to the community's aggregated totals. Individual votes are not associated with any personal identity.
Information we do NOT collect:
- No name, email address or account credentials
- No precise location data
- No contacts, photos or files
- We do not sell any data to third parties

- Compute and display community voting percentages
- Prevent duplicate voting and abuse (via the anonymous identifier)

Guess the Percent

Privacy Policy GDPR
Rosu Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Guess the Percent mobile application (the "Service"). Guess the Percent has no accounts and no onboarding — we do not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
1. Information we collect
- No account data: the app has no sign-up, no accounts and no profiles. We never receive your name, email address or contact details.
- Analytics data: the app uses Firebase Analytics to collect aggregate usage statistics (such as which screens are used and general device information) to help us improve the game.
- Advertising data: the app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's policies.
2. Advertising and consent
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Where required (including in the EU/EEA and UK), the app requests your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are shown, in line with GDPR requirements. 3. Purchases
The app offers an optional subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your payment details.

- The app offers an optional subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date.
- Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period after notice.

Refund Policy
1. Free with ads, optional purchases
Guess the Percent is free to download and play, supported by advertising. The app offers an optional subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase.
2. Google Play refund process
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Google's standard refund policy applies: you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play.

3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refund eligibility
We support refunds for:
- Accidental purchases made within 48 hours
- Purchases that did not deliver the promised content due to a technical error
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
We do not offer refunds for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless required by law)
