Everyone has played Would You Rather and Never Have I Ever. What no round of either game has ever had is data: when you pick "lose the ability to lie" over "believe everything you're told", you never find out how many other people made the same call. Would You Ever exists to answer exactly that question.
The reveal is the game
The swipe is fun, but the moment that keeps you playing is the reveal — the global percentage that appears after every vote. Sometimes you're with the crowd. Sometimes you learn that only a sliver of the community sees it your way. Either outcome is interesting, and the next question is one swipe away.
Anonymous, on purpose
A game built on honest answers only works if answering is safe. That's why Would You Ever has no accounts, no usernames and no profiles. The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication — a random identifier that isn't tied to your name, email or anything else about you — and your votes only ever exist as part of aggregated community totals.
