๐ Short version: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something went wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we'll do our best to help. For most cases, Google Play handles refunds directly.
All purchases made through StreakLife are processed by Google Play Billing. As such, refunds are primarily handled through Google Play's refund system.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase for the best chance of approval. Google Play may allow refund requests up to 48 hours after purchase automatically.
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 3-5 business days to appear on your payment method.

If you experience a technical issue that affected your purchase (e.g., app crash during purchase, Flames not credited), please contact us immediately at razvanrosu00@gmail.com with:
We will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first โ we are happy to resolve any issues directly.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer rights regulations. Romanian consumers have additional rights under Romanian consumer protection law.
