Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Rosu Studio apps available on the Google Play Store, including StreakLife. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Free Apps
StreakLife is currently free to download and use. The core features β habit tracking, streaks, XP, the leaderboard, and avatar customization β are available at no charge. There is no subscription required.
The "Flames" virtual currency in StreakLife is earned by completing habits. As of this writing, Flames are not available for direct purchase β they are earned through use of the app.
2. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)
If Rosu Studio introduces optional paid features or in-app purchases in the future, this section will apply:
Google Play Refund Process
All in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store are processed by Google. Google's standard refund policy applies: users may request a refund within 48 hours of an in-app purchase directly through Google Play.
To request a refund via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon β "Payments & subscriptions" β "Budget & history"
- Find the transaction and tap "Refund"
Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
Refund Eligibility
We support refunds for:
- Accidental purchases made within 48 hours
- Purchases that did not deliver the promised content due to a technical error
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
We do not offer refunds for:
- Purchases where virtual items have already been consumed or used
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (unless required by law)
- Dissatisfaction with the app experience after the item was delivered as described
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
3. Virtual Currency and Items
Virtual currency (Flames) and virtual items within StreakLife are not refundable once they have been spent or used. If you experience a technical issue where Flames were deducted but no item was received, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and correct the issue.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted to cash or transferred between accounts.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you have a refund request that falls outside the standard Google Play process β for example, a genuine billing error or technical failure β please contact us directly:

Include your Google account email, the item purchased, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve legitimate issues fairly.
5. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain statutory rights that this policy does not override. Under EU law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, unless the content has been accessed or consumed after providing explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.
